Loyalty and commitment mean a lot to us at Modell’s. We honor associates who reach service milestones through our Years of Service Program. Beginning at 5 years of service, associates are recognized and honored with a special award and gift from Modell’s.

We recognize individual, store, Home Office and Distribution Center success, during our annual Game Plan Meeting. Awards include the William D. Modell Chairman’s Award (given to our top performing associates in the Company) and Store of the Year Award. Recognition is an enormous part of the Modell’s Corporate Culture.

Awards are given to associates who make outstanding contributions to the store and/or company. A copy of this award is placed on the Modell’s Scoreboard in the break room and in their personnel file. These “on the spot” awards rewards associates and builds morale.
